The latest Hollywood couple to hit the South-of-the-border beaches is none other than the on-again-off-again Hills couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

Photographers captured some lovely preplanned “candid” moments of Heidi and her boyfriend, Spencer Pratt, were up to their usual shenanigans in Baja Mexico on Tuesday.
